I hired a Cessna 172 from a flying club in Danbury Municipal Airport (KDXR) and flew over the forests of Connecticut.  Flew back over the enormous Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation helicopter manufacturing facility in Stratford, Connecticut and then landed away on a grass strip hidden in the trees. The takeoff was interesting, as I had to turn out to the left to avoid a hillside covered trees. We had planned to fly down to Manhattan but the visibility was too poor.
