Changing states The Changing States website was setup by clinical hypnotherapist and hypnotherapy lecturer Bill Frost to improve public awareness of the role of Hypnosis, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
