Hong Kong 1987

Arriving in Hong Kong after three months in Pakistan and and three months in China was like being transported to another world, in another time.

The smell and bustle o of Hong Kong, coupled with the wondrous range of food on offer, make this a destination that everyone should try to reach at least once in their lifetime.

Here the organisational skills of the British and the commercial drive of the Chinese have come together in a melting pot that is unlike any other on the planet.

My thanks to Stephen Bourne, architect, and family for their hospitality during my stay in Hong Kong.
