After two months in Tibet in 1987, Nepal provided a wealth of sights and experiences not found up on on on the high Tibetan plateau - including coffee and cheese cake.

 When I look back, I remember the smell of spices; the bustle and friendly banter of the traders in the bazaars. Different religions exist in harmony against the backdrop of the distant Himalayan mountains. |
